How UPIFO works

Post a task or find work — communicate safely and agree the details in chat.

For clients
  1. Post a task: describe what you need, location and budget.
  2. Receive proposals from freelancers and compare options.
  3. Choose the best executor — contacts open after mutual action.
  4. Discuss details in chat: price, deadline, scope.
  5. After completion, leave a review.
For freelancers
  1. Browse tasks and filter by category and location.
  2. Send a proposal with your plan and timeline.
  3. If you’re selected, contacts become available in chat.
  4. Complete the work and confirm the result with the client.
  5. Ask for a review to build your profile rating.
Safety basics
  • Agree key details in chat (price, scope, deadline).
  • Don’t share passwords, codes or sensitive documents.
  • If someone spams or behaves badly — use Report.
  • Pay only in the way you both agreed, and keep proof in chat.
FAQ
How does payment work?
Payment is agreed between client and executor (cash/bank transfer/by agreement). Confirm the details in chat.
When are contacts visible?
Contacts become available after mutual action on the platform (when a client selects an executor).
What if someone is spamming?
Open the chat and press Report. We’ll review the case.
How do I cancel a task?
Use “Request cancellation” in chat. After confirmation, the status will be updated.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. In Profile → Delete account. This action is irreversible.
