Account data (name, email, phone if provided), profile information (bio, skills, portfolio), task content, messages/attachments in chat, and technical data (IP address, device/browser info, logs) needed to run and secure the service.

3) Why we use your data (purposes)

To create and manage accounts, publish tasks, enable proposals and chat, provide support, prevent fraud/spam, enforce rules, and improve the platform.

4) Legal bases (GDPR)

We process data to perform the contract (provide the platform), to comply with legal obligations, and based on legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, platform improvement). Where required, we may ask for consent (e.g., non-essential cookies).

5) Sharing & processors

We may share data with service providers that help us operate UPIFO (hosting, database/storage, email delivery). They process data on our instructions and only as needed to provide the service.
