Getting started

For clients
  1. Create a task and describe what needs to be done.
  2. Receive proposals from freelancers and compare them.
  3. Choose a freelancer and chat on the platform.
  4. After completion, leave a review.
For freelancers
  1. Browse tasks and filter by location/category.
  2. Send a proposal with a short plan of how you’ll do the work.
  3. Once selected, contacts become available in chat.
  4. After finishing, ask for a review.

Questions & answers

How does payment work?
Payment is agreed between the parties (cash/bank transfer/by agreement). We recommend confirming details in chat.
When are contacts visible?
Contacts are available after a mutual action on the platform (when the client selects a freelancer).
What if someone spams or behaves aggressively?
Open the chat and use “Report”. We will review the case.
How do I cancel a task?
In chat, use “Request cancellation”. After confirmation, the status will update.
How do I delete my account?
In Profile you can use “Delete account”. This is irreversible: access is blocked and data may be anonymized.
