Keep agreements in chat
Confirm key details (price, timeline, scope) in the platform chat.
Be careful with personal data
Don’t share unnecessary data (documents, passwords, verification codes). Share only what’s required.
Be respectful
Harassment, discrimination and threats are not allowed. Report such cases immediately.

How to report

  1. Open the chat with the user or the task page.
  2. Click “Report”.
  3. Choose a reason and describe details — we will review your report.
